Your Masjid Needs You!

Salamo aliko brothers and sisters.

This is a very exciting time for our Masjid.  We will need the continued input and support of our community to make it a success, Insha'Allah.  At this time we are looking for volunteers.
  • We are in the process of gathering volunteers for our Masjid newsletter. If you are interested send us an email.
  • We would like to start a Youth Committee.  The youth committee would assist in organizing and leading activities like sporting events, picnics, and camping trips.  Please see Brother Dawud, or email us at MasjidalEmaan@gmail.com.

Update:
Our open community event on September 24, after the Isha prayer was a great success, thanks to the many brothers and sisters who attended. Everyone was very supportive of the direction that our Masjid is headed.  We look forward to working with everyone in the future.  Your ideas and comments are greatly appreciated, as well as needed.  Please don't hesitate to share them with us.

Calling all Muslim owned businesses.

Salamo Aliko brothers and sisters-

We would like to compile a list of Muslim owned and run businesses to have here, at Masjid Al Emaans blog.  If you own a business, and would like it to be listed, please leave a comment with the information, or email us at MasjidalEmaan@gmail.com.  When sending your information please include a brief description of your business, hours of operation, complete address and phone number in addition to a website if applicable.

Thank you.

Surah An-Naml 27:76-79

With the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Very Merciful:  "Surely this Quran mentions to the children of Israel most of the matters in which they dispute.  It is guidance and mercy for the believers.  And surely your Lord will decide between them by His judgement, and He is The Almighty, The All-Knowing.  So trust in Allah.  Surely you are on the clear truth."  Surah An-Naml 27:76-79

Inaugural Post!

Assalamo aliko, brothers and sisters, and welcome to Masjid al Emaan's new blog.

Here we hope to share events and have a home base for things such as the monthly prayer calender, information from the committee, and event announcements.  We realize that there are some out there who do not have a Facebook page.  (We do, however, and it can be found here)  On this page you can find current prayer times and the Hijri calendar dates.  If you have any suggestion for site content, feel free to email us at Masjidalemaan@gmail.com
